Family Promise is a homeless shelter for families. We serve single mothers with children, single fathers with children, two parent families, pregnant women, and other nontraditional family units. We also have a program for married couples. We fill all available openings from our callback list.

How our callback list works:
1. Complete the form online or by calling (803) 329-2456
2. Family Promise staff will reach out to you within 1-2 weeks to gather any additional information or clarification regarding your situation. ** Staff are unable to predict how long it will take for an opening in the program for your family. Please keep in contact with us should you change your contact information or make alternate arrangements for your family for shelter.**
3. Once a possible opening in our program becomes available for your family, Family Promise staff will contact you to schedule your assessment.
