Class & School-Wide Directory Information
The information submitted will be used to collect contact information for the class. In order to enable the class parent to share necessary information with the parent(s)/guardian(s), the email of at least one parent/guardian is required for the class directory.

For the school-wide directory, you may include as much information as you wish. If you opt not to participate in the school-wide directory, only your child(ren)'s name will appear in the school-wide directory.
