QUIENES SON ELEGIBLES:
La vacuna COVID-19 ahora está disponible para todos los residentes de Nueva York de 12 años en adelante. Las personas que viven fuera del estado pero trabajan o estudian en Nueva York también son elegibles para vacunarse. Las personas que son elegibles en función del empleo incluyen tanto a los trabajadores remunerados como a los no remunerados.
Nota: Las personas que tienen 12 A 17 años de edad sólo pueden recibir la vacuna de Pfizer.
LAS VACUNAS CONTRA EL COVID-19 SON GRATUITAS Y NO PIDEN ESTATUS MIGRATORIO.
CONSIDERACIONES DE SALUD ANTES DE PROGRAMAR SU CITA:
Si se siente mal hoy, programe la sesión durante al menos 10 días después de que empezó a sentirse mal.
En los últimos 10 días, si ha tenido una prueba de COVID-19 positiva o un proveedor de atención médica o un departamento de salud le ha dicho que se aísle o se ponga en cuarentena debido a una infección o exposición a COVID-19, debe programar su cita para una fecha posterior a su finaliza el aislamiento o la cuarentena.
Si ha sido tratado con terapia con anticuerpos para COVID-19 en los últimos 90 días (3 meses), debe programar su cita para al menos 90 días después de la última dosis de terapia con anticuerpos.
Si ha recibido alguna vacuna en los últimos 14 días (2 semanas), incluida la vacuna contra la gripe, debe programar su cita para al menos 14 días después de su vacunación más reciente.
Si está embarazada o está pensando en quedar embarazada, considere hablar con su proveedor de atención médica. Aún puede programar una cita y vacunarse si lo desea.
Si tiene cáncer, leucemia, VIH / SIDA, antecedentes de enfermedad autoinmune o cualquier otra afección que debilite el sistema inmunológico, es posible que tenga una respuesta inmune menos fuerte a la vacuna, pero aún así puede vacunarse si lo desea.
Si toma algún medicamento que afecte su sistema inmunológico, como cortisona, prednisona u otros esteroides, medicamentos contra el cáncer, o ha recibido algún tratamiento de radiación, es posible que tenga una respuesta inmune menos fuerte a la vacuna, pero aún puede vacunarse si lo desea.
Si alguna vez ha tenido una reacción alérgica grave o potencialmente mortal, como urticaria o dificultad para respirar, a cualquier vacuna o inyección, aún puede vacunarse si así lo desea. Informe al vacunador y permanezca en el área de espera del POD durante 30 minutos después de haber sido vacunado.

Who are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine:
The COVID-19 vaccine is now available to all New York residents 12 and older. People who live outside of the state but work or study in New York are also eligible to get vaccinated. People who are eligible based on employment include both paid and unpaid workers.
Note: People who are 12 to 17 years old are only eligible for the Pfizer vaccine.
THE COVID-19 VACCINES ARE FREE AND DOES NOT REQUIRE TO PROVIDE IMMIGRATION STATUS.
Health Considerations Before You Schedule Your Appointment
If you are feeling sick today, please schedule for at least 10 days after you began feeling sick.
In the last 10 days, if you have had a positive COVID-19 test or have been told by a healthcare provider or health department to isolate or quarantine due to COVID-19 infection or exposure, you must schedule your Appointment for a date after your isolation or quarantine ends.
If you have been treated with antibody therapy for COVID-19 in the past 90 days (3 months), you must schedule your Appointment for at least 90 days after the last dose of antibody therapy.
If you have had any vaccines in the past 14 days (2 weeks), including a flu shot, you must schedule your Appointment for at least 14 days after your most recent vaccination.
If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, consider discussing with your healthcare provider. You may still schedule an Appointment and get vaccinated if you choose.
If you have cancer, leukemia, HIV/AIDS, a history of autoimmune disease or any other condition that weakens the immune system, you may have a less strong immune response to the vaccine but may still get vaccinated if you choose.
If you take any medications that affect your immune system, such as cortisone, prednisone or other steroids, anticancer drugs, or have had any radiation treatments, you may have a less strong immune response to the vaccine but may still get vaccinated if you choose.
If you have ever had a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction, such as hives or difficulty breathing, to any vaccine or shot, you may still be vaccinated if you choose. Inform the vaccinator and remain in the POD waiting area for 30 minutes after you are vaccinated.
