Registration Fee
There is a $20 per adult registration fee (or $10 per adult registration fee if you are only attending one day of the retreat).  Please indicate how many adults in your group.  The registration fee is higher this year because we are using the Event Center instead of the Fellowship Hall.

Group Food:  Age 10-Adult $30/Age 4-9 $17 for Friday breakfast through Sunday Lunch.  If not attending whole retreat breakfast  $3/$2, Lunch $4/$2, Dinner $5/$3.  Please bring a snack or dessert to share with the group.  Menu is available on brochure or email office@newlifecr.com.  Please sign up below for either "All Group Meals" OR the individual meals you will be purchasing by using the drop down list to indicate how many people from your family need that meal.  No charge for children Age 0-3.

If participating in group food option please note any special dietary restrictions/needs.  Please be very specific on what restrictions you have and tell us brands of bread, tortillas, milk, and any other foods that would be helpful for us to know.  If you don't see enough food on the menu that you can eat, please let us know what we could add for you.  We don't want anyone to go hungry!:
There will be a canoe/kayak trip on Saturday on the Wapsipinicon River.  This is a 45 minute drive from the camp.
River Trip Schedule:  9:00 am River Trip Meeting to plan carpooling, 11:15 am - Pick up sack lunch, 11:30 am Leave, 12:15 pm - arrive at Iron Bridge, Quasqueton, 12:30-3:00 pm canoe, 3:00-4:00 pm Return to Camp  Please choose how many canoes or kayaks you need.  If you sign up and decide to cancel the day of you will not be refunded.
Canoe for 2-3 people $30 
Kayak for 1 person $25

Please find another person for me to share a canoe with on the Wapsipinicon River.
If you plan to attend the canoe trip, but have your own kayak/canoe, please list how many people are participating from your family.

Payments
Registration, Food & Canoe Payments:  Payments for registration, food and canoeing are due by June 16th.  Please pay by cash or check and make checks payable to New Life Community Church.  Put payment in Admin Office Mail Slot. Please label your payment "Summer Retreat".
Housing
Sign up for housing by calling River View Conference Center at riverviewcc@gmail.com or 319-268-0787.  They will email you a contract to sign via Docusign.  There are several options for reservations including tent ($10/night) and RV sites ($20-$25/night).  There are various cabins with 1, 2, & 3 bedrooms. ($65-$85/night) There is a Retreat Center with rooms in it that is $50 split per room/night.  There are four rooms with a double bed and two sets of bunks, one room with a double bed and four sets of bunks, and one room with one twin bed and two sets of bunks.  There are two rooms with three sets of bunks.  The Retreat Center has a kitchen on the main level and living rooms and bathrooms on both floors.  All options except tent campsites require a credit card deposit.  Nearby hotel information is available upon request.

Please note:  To guarantee cabin availability you must reserve your cabin by May 31st.  Cabins will be rented to the public after May 31st.  We encourage you to reserve housing during March though as their current administrative assistant is leaving her position the end of March.

If you would like to share a cabin or retreat center room with someone and would like help finding roommates please email office@newlifecr.com.

Deposits/Contracts:  Call the office to reserve housing and they hold the reservation with a credit card.  They don't normally run the credit card.  If there is an incident which causes damage in a cabin, they will run the card.    If you want to cancel your reservation it would need to be done before 48 hours of your scheduled arrival time for a full refund.  Within 48 hours there is no refund (certain circumstances might be considered for refund if you call them).  They will not run the card until after they notify the renter.

Reservation Fees:  Payments for reservation will be paid directly to River View Conference Center upon your arrival.  If you arrive in the evening, then put your payment in the office door mail slot. Payment options are check or cash - no fee or credit card 4%  fee.

Please note:  You may check in starting at 3 pm on Thursday.  You may check in at any time on your day of arrival on Fri or Sat.
