Payment & Participation Agreement:
- I understand that payment of $185 per club via Venmo to @marissa_hanson is due on the first of each month; all payments are non-refundable.
- I understand that fees cover building use, insurance (paid in advance), and supplies; there are no prorated fees even if the number of meeting days varies.
- I understand there are no make-up sessions or carry-over days for missed club meetings.
- I understand that if my child withdraws from the club during the school year, I will notify Ms. Hanson in advance.
- I understand that a $10 late pick-up fee will be charged for any late pick-up. At 10 minutes past dismissal, an additional $1 per minute will be charged.
