The City of Georgetown has engaged Post Oak Preservation Solutions with updating the Downtown and Old Town Overlay Design Guidelines. Design guidelines will help provide clarity and a shared understanding. They also provide a guide to consistent decision making for HARC, property owners, and the City of Georgetown. The City of Georgetown is soliciting feedback on the following range of alternatives in order ensure that the updated guidelines are in keeping with the views and values of Georgetown Citizens.
