ROTARY SPRING HEALTHCHECK
Advance Registration for the Rotary Spring Healthcheck is now OPEN

If you are not able to make an appointment in advance, we will accept WALK-INS between the hours of 9 and 11 am.  You will not be charged any additional fee as a walk-in participant.

  • Comprehensive Blood Profile Cost is $55.  
  • Optional additional tests and prices may be selected below.
  • Pay at the Healthcheck event on March 21...cash or check...NEW THIS YEAR!!! … credit/debit/HSA cards accepted.
  • Lab Reports will be printed, reviewed for critical values by clinical staff, then mailed to you. This usually takes about two weeks from the date of the event.
FAST prior to coming to the Healthcheck
  • Nothing to eat starting 12 hours before you arrive.  Water and black coffee or tea is OK.  Check with your doctor if you are not sure about taking your medications,
