There are two kinds of submissions that will be considered:
* 6 x 20 slide x 20 sec presentations of projects or wiki-relevant experience that you have been part of in Africa, and
* 2 minute (max.) presentations about projects that are planned or ideas for future projects.
This format enables anyone, even those who are not attending Wikimania to be part of the conversation. If you are not attending the conference, you can send through pre-recorded presentations that will be shown as part of the session. We will also endeavour to allow skype questions during the session. As an extension of the panel, we will also create an Activating Africa website or channel that allows for the conversation to extend beyond Wikimania, and back to Africa.
The deadline for submissions is the 31st July.
Speakers will be notified on the 2nd August.
All cyber or remote presentations that have been accepted will need to be sent to Isla [firstname.lastname@example.org] by Friday, 9th August.
