EquatIO is no longer available district wide for teachers or students. Please use this form to identify students with disabilities (IEPs or 504s) who require EquatIO for access to math. If the students need support using EquatIO, then the case manager or teacher responsible for supporting the student will also need a license. It is no longer possible to obtain a "free for teachers" license to EquatIO.
