Wine Country Big Q is a great opportunity for vendors to showcase their barbecue complementary wares to a hungry audience. If you have a product line that works well with grilling and barbecued meats, such as BBQ sauce, spices, rubs, aprons, and other BBQ essentials, fill out the form below to apply for a Vendor Booth.

As a vendor you will receive 2 staff passes to the Wine County Big Q. Please contact us if you need additional tickets.

INSURANCE - All vendors are required to provide proof of general and product liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 also naming the Wine Country Big Q additionally insured for the event date 7/8/2017.

SPACE REQUIREMENTS - You will receive a space approximately 10ft x 10ft. Please provide your own table, chairs and pop up tent or umbrella.

ICE - If you need ice, it is available for $7 per 20 pound bag. Payment can be made the day of the event. If you need bags of ice, please let us know the quantity of bags below.

Waiver of Liability
With signature of this application, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Wine Country Big Q, Judy Groverman Walker, 4th District Agricultural Association, KCBS and their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to Wine Country Big Q or authorized agents to use any photographs, videos, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

All production rights, videotaping, photography or other method of capturing images or sound remain exclusively with Wine Country Big Q and it's agents.

I understand that there are a limited number of vendors able to participate in this event, and I understand that the sending of this application and payment does not guarantee my space into this event. You will be notified directly when your application, payment and insurance is received and accepted in this event. If for any reason your entry is not accepted your entry fee will be refunded within 30 days of this decision. An official copy of these terms shall be posted at all times on the event website (http://winecountrybigq.com) and may be updated from time to time without further notice.
