School of Rock Cresskill | Spring 2025 Season Show Sign Up Form
PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS FORM CAREFULLY. 

A parent or legal guardian must fill out this form. All forms must have a parent/guardian email address. Forms submitted without a parent/guardian email address will not be accepted.

Students rank their top 5 shows in order of preference. Students must discuss their preferences with their instructor prior to the submission of this form.

Student preference is only one of many considerations in the placement process, and students are not guaranteed placement in their top preferences. 

Make sure to double check performance dates listed below before listing a show in your top 5.

Only list instruments the student is enrolled in lessons for at School of Rock. While we are sometimes able to cast beyond that, we prioritize casting and show assignments based on the instrument lessons that students are actively taking with School of Rock.

The first round of "Welcome" confirmation emails will be sent out no later than January 9th to let families know which show their student has been placed into.

Rehearsals are Mondays from 5:30pm till 8:00pm
First rehearsal is February 3rd (this rehearsal ends at 7:00pm)
MANDATORY DRESS REHEARSAL: June 16th
Performance: June 22nd at 11:00am

RIOT GIRRRL ***FULLY CLOSED***
Rehearsals are Tuesdays from 5:30pm till 8:00pm
First rehearsal is February 4th (this rehearsal ends at 7:00pm)
MANDATORY DRESS REHEARSAL: June 17th
Performance: June 21st at 1:00pm

SONGWRITING ***Music Director approval required***
Rehearsals are Wednesdays from 5:30pm till 7:30pm
First rehearsal is February 5th (this rehearsal ends at 7:00pm)

Performance: June 21st at 3:00pm

Rehearsals are Thursdays from 5:30pm till 8:00pm

I understand that by submitting this form, I am officially signing up for the Spring 2025 show season. Additionally, I understand that a one-time $165 non-refundable show registration fee will be charged as a preemptive venue booking fee for my student's final performance, which will be on Saturday June 21st or Sunday June 22nd depending on what show my student is accepted into.
