We agree to provide successful applicants with a full breakdown of the show and guidelines, as well as an info session both before the day as well as on the day to ensure that you have a full understanding of how the show works. We will ensure your safety throughout the event and adhere to facility policy. We agree to keep all details within this form confidential.
Shakesbeers Showdown is an annual fundraiser meant to raise money for the Shakespeare-In-Hospitals program while celebrating Toronto's theatre community, its ability to laugh at ourselves and not take the bard so seriously. By submitting this form, you agree to participate in a positive and professional manner leading up to and throughout the event. Should your submission be successful, you will be contacted with a show breakdown and confirmation. Should your submission not be successful in its application, we will keep it on hand in the event of any drop-out teams and/or future interactions of a beer and bard-like nature.
You agree that this application does not constitute participation, and that there will be a consideration process for all applicants. Should your submission be unsuccessful in its application, you will not condemn the SOTMSC or any affiliated companies within the Shakesbeers Showdown on any public platform, either through media, social media or in person.
