𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐚𝐲?

According to the National Apartment Association, there are many great jobs available to provide grounds and property maintenance in Arizona¹. With growth expected in Arizona at 13% for general maintenance and repair workers, the Apartment Maintenance Pathway could be a great opportunity for you².

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬:

𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝟭 - The first stage is the training stage. RSI has partnered WITH ARIZONA@WORK to provide training for the Apartment Maintenance Pathway program.

Approved Applicants aged 18 years or older can receive³ this 6-Week Training Course from RSI which includes:
  • Certificate of Completion from RSI
  • Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician Certificate from CAMT
  • The next training class from RSI is Monday, January 10th
  • The training location is 4210 E Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034 (just north of Sky Harbor Airport)

𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝟮 - The second stage is the paid internship which includes:
  • Paid on-the-job training at $18/hour by the NAA Employer Partner or AZ@WORK for up to 8 weeks⁴.
  • Paid internship location will be based on the geographic location of the Employer Partner.
  • The focus of the internship is to give the candidate hands on experience as an apartment maintenance technician that can lead to a full-time job with that Employer Partner.  
  • These positions have competitive entry-level salaries and include full benefits ($18-$22/hour pay range⁵).
