Buggy hire form
Please read the conditions and tick the box to agree to them. This will cover today's and future buggy rentals at Billingbear.

Conditions of buggy hire

  • Please ensure you park the buggy behind the line of play
  • Care must be taken at all times, especially in damp conditions and on slopes
  • The parking brake must be applied before leaving the buggy
  • Only two people and two sets of golf clubs may ride on the buggy at anytime
  • Do not stand on the buggy while riding

Conditions:

  • I accept full responsibility for any damage done to the buggy and the resulting costs to fix it
  • I am over 17 and hold a valid driving licence
  • I will not allow any other person to drive the buggy who does not hold the above
  • I will inspect the buggy for damage before taking it on the course, and report any damage before using it
  • I do not require instructions in the operation of a golf buggy as I have experience in driving this type of vehicle
  • Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in the immediate termination of hire without refund of hire charge
