I understand by my child’s participation in FT3 Company, I will be responsible for his/her attendance at every rehearsal for which she/he is scheduled. In case of illness or tardiness, I will notify the designated staff member(s) immediately. To ensure the quality of rehearsals & productions, I understand that non-approved absences may result in less stage time in the show and competition. I am aware that if my child is accepted, I will be charged a $50 registration fee and a Company/JTF Fee of $100 per month starting in July 2020 through December/January 2021. These fees will cover JTF entry, Lion King Jr. production fees, workshops, troupe t shirt and bag, and 2 meals a day at JTF (which may be paid in full at the time my child is accepted or I may pay in an installment plan) & be responsible for personal items (i.e. shoes, tights, make-up). I understand that if I wish to attend JTF as a chaperone, I am responsible for paying my own JTF fee.
I understand that if my child is not able to join FT3 Company, the fee will go towards a future production fee.
Parents please type your name below to acknowledge that you understand the paragraph above.
Rehearsal Information - We generally rehearse on Saturdays from 6:00-9:30 and Sundays from 4:00-7:00 August through November. We will take a break following the show and then resume rehearsals at least once a week until JTF weekend. Please list any possible known conflicts from July 2020 - January 2021. This will not affect acceptance into Company and there will be a future opportunity to give us other conflicts.
