PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTING PAPER PROPOSALS

1. All participants on participants must register and pay the conference registration fee.
2. Participants are requested to be available for the duration of the conference.            
    a. Scheduling requests will be considered but may not always be possible.
3. Paper proposals will be reviewed and accepted only if they contain the required information.
4. If a participant is unable to participate in the conference, they must notify the conference organisers as soon as possible.

- A paper title and a c. 250 word abstract.
