I certify that I am over the age of 18 to attend any Spectrum Volleyball event including drop in.

I authorize Spectrum Volleyball Calgary to send me league information, Annual General Meeting notices, and any communications related to league business by email. Spectrum Volleyball Calgary does not sell, mail out or handout any information from its membership list. Membership lists are kept securely by the Secretary and only available to Board Members. All information is kept confidential.

Code of Conduct

As a member of Spectrum Volleyball Calgary I shall never do anything to damage the reputation of Spectrum Volleyball Calgary. I understand and agree that Spectrum Volleyball Calgary and/or any of its officials, affiliates, or sponsors are not responsible for any injury, sickness, damage, or loss resulting from any accident from known or unknown conditions howsoever caused. I also understand and agree that any violation of this contract may result in the immediate termination of my membership.
