One of our Rhea Lana's VIP Processors will hang, tag, store, and transport your items to the event. As a VIP Consignor, you will receive 35% of your sales and a pass to SHOP EARLY at our Private Pre-Sales! You will be charged a $10.00 consignor fee and $5 Supplies fee (taken out of your paycheck - you don’t pay anything up front). Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail and marked to sell at 50% off on the final days of our Event.  All unsold items will be donated to our Free Foster and Military Family Shopping.
I understand that I will earn 35% of my sales. My Consignor check will be available on consignor pick up day (day and time TBD). If I do not pick up my check, I understand it will be mailed to me.

I understand that I will receive Consignor shopping passes to the Private Pre-Sale and the Half-Price Pre-Sale. I may pick up my pass during drop off hours or come during my designated shopping time, no pass needed.

There is a $10 fee per 300 items.  If you have more than 300 items then you will be charged an addition $10.  If you have more than 600 then you will be charged $30, etc.

Acceptable vs. Non-Acceptable Items
*Please Understand THIS* If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lana's standards (clothing with stains, holes, excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that don't work, or items we don't accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate or discard them and you will NOT get them back. No exceptions. We simply do not have storage space or the capacity to return them.

*Bag of Grace
I understand that my VIP Processor will use ONE Target bag as a standard for my “Bag of Grace”. Any unacceptable items will be placed in this bag. If all of my rejected items fit in this bag, I will not incur an additional fee. HOWEVER, if this bag will not hold all of my rejected items, I will be assessed a $20 Excessive Sorting Fee. This will be in addition to my $10 Consignor Fee and $5 Supply Fee. In the event that I am assessed this fee, my processor will text me a photo of the rejected items and make me aware of the fee. 
Unacceptable Items: I understand that if I provide my VIP Processor with items that Rhea Lana's does not accept, the items will not be returned to me. I understand they will be immediately donated or discarded.

Containers: I understand that whatever containers I deliver my items to my VIP Processor in will NOT be returned to me. (Rhea Lana's doesn't have the storage capacity to keep and return personal tubs. Please use boxes to deliver your items. DO NOT PUT YOUR ITEMS IN TRASH BAGS.  Items need to be laying flat in a box.)

Batteries: I understand that any items requiring batteries will contain working batteries. If not, the VIP Processor will replace them at the cost of $1 per battery (charged to my VIP account). If the item is not worth the cost of new batteries, the item will be donated.

Clothing: We will be accepting Spring/Summer Clothing for our Spring 2025 Event. All clothing must be less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well). Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear. If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP processor will know what goes together.

Infant Clothing – (We will price competitively - it's abundant!) We limit each Consignor to 30 hangers for size Newborn - 9 months per gender. (Remember that we bundle 3-4 items per hanger, so you can actually sell more than 30 single items. Your VIP Consignor will bundle and choose the 30 best, so please don't send items with stains!)

Maternity clothing must be in style and in good condition. We accept 10 hanging maternity clothing items per Consignor.

Kid Themed Room Decor: Anything that could go in a baby to teen's room. Bedding will NOT be accepted.

We want your high dollar items! These items make you the MOST MONEY!
Don't forget your toys, games, books and baby gear.  These are top sellers and will add to YOUR check! In addition to wonderful children's furniture, we are now accepting furniture for your entire home!! Tables, Chairs, Hutches, Bookcases, Sofas, Bedroom Sets, Wicker, Patio Sets, etc. In an effort to maintain excellent quality we will be very selective in the items we accept.  Any questions, feel free to ask first.

Car Seats
We will accept car seats with a manufacture date of 1/30/20 or later (We also have a waiver that you will need to complete.) The seat must have at least 1 year remaining before the expiration date.
Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If a seat has stains, food, dirt, etc, we cannot accept it *

We cannot make multiple trips to your house to gather more items that you forgot *
Items must be dropped off to one of our VIP Processors on a day and time you will set up together. You must pick a deadline that works for you, and stick to that deadline.
