Senator Krueger's Virtual Town Hall Series
Housing Issues, Part 2: Coop Shareholders, Condo Owners, & Small Homeowners
On Thursday, June 4th from 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., join Senator Krueger and experienced Coop/Condo attorneys Kevin McConnell and Rose Marie Cantanno for a discussion about the issues faced by coop shareholders, condo owners, and small homeowners during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mr. McConnell is a partner at Himmelstein, McConnell where he concentrates on cooperative and condominium law. Ms. Cantanno is Associate Director of the Consumer Protection unit at NYLAG, where she advocates for property owners at the state and city level. Discussion topics will include: mortgage payments, maintenance, assessments, property taxes, foreclosure prevention, and boards of directors.
