Registration Process
Fill out this form to start the registration process for the 2026 DuPage Expungement Clinic. The clinic will be held in person on Saturday, September 12, 2026 in Wheaton. The clinic is free.

This clinic is for people who want to seal or expunge a DuPage County criminal record. You will meet with a volunteer lawyer who will review your criminal records and prepare a request to expunge or seal any eligible DuPage criminal records. This clinic does not help with pending criminal charges.

Your criminal records will not be expunged or sealed on the day of the clinic. A judge will make a decision about whether to expunge or seal your DuPage County criminal records at a hearing in December 2026 or January 2027. 

Submitting this pre-registration form starts the clinic registration process, but it does NOT guarantee you a spot at the clinic. After you submit this form, you will receive an email with instructions about next steps within 3 business days. Spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis as people finish the registration process.

1) You must have criminal records in DuPage County.

2) You must be able to meet with a lawyer on Saturday, September 12, 2026 between 9am and 3pm. Your exact appointment time will be scheduled after you finish the registration process. Appointments will be held in person in Wheaton.
