Youth Council, NCNW-Staten Island                 Membership Application
It is with great honor, inspired vision and sisterly love to greet you on behalf of the Youth Council of the Staten Island Section of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW-SI Youth Council).  Since our chartering on June 22, 1968, we have been paving our way in service to our community.  

NCNW-SI Youth Council consist of young ladies from the ages 12 – 18 who provide a positive presence in the community.  Our focus is educational and social needs, for we desire to foster activities that promote a positive self-image and healthy lifestyle amongst the youth.  Students also develop and implement outreach and social activities that reach out to the community.

The NCNW-SI  Young Diamonds invites girls to join, as well as, boys (ages 12-18 years old) to become associate members. Join us at our regular meetings. For additional information and upcoming events, contact Ms. Tylah M. Davies, 3rd Vice President at
