It is with great honor, inspired vision and sisterly love to greet you on behalf of the Youth Council of the Staten Island Section of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW-SI Youth Council). Since our chartering on June 22, 1968, we have been paving our way in service to our community.
NCNW-SI Youth Council consist of young ladies from the ages 12 – 18 who provide a positive presence in the community. Our focus is educational and social needs, for we desire to foster activities that promote a positive self-image and healthy lifestyle amongst the youth. Students also develop and implement outreach and social activities that reach out to the community.
