2024 RETURNING Artist Information

Tour Dates: NOVEMBER 9-10 2024

Taking place in the Charlottesville area and Surrounding Counties of Virginia.

Congratulations!  We are excited for you to join us!  Your completed Approved by Jury New Artisan Participation Form should be submitted AND a check for $400 sent by postmark date of June 3, 2024. (Mailing info is at the bottom of the form.)

Please note: This form is for Virginia artisans who have been approved by the Tour Jury Team. 

***IT IS VERY HELPFUL TO HAVE IMAGES READY PRIOR TO STARTING APPLICATION.***

IMAGE TIPS: You will need a total of THREE images (no more) of representative work. Please make sure that all file names include your last name and first initial. For example: BrownT1 (etc) ALSO - Please note which image you’d like used as your signature image. If you do not choose, we will choose for you.

We also request that you share images of your studio, you at work, interactive images, etc. for social media and publicity materials including the brochure. Please label them with your last name and first initial and use the word publicity. For example BrownTpublicity1 (etc.)

Only digital images will be accepted. All images must be high resolution, with a minimum 300dpi at print size of 4x6. Upload the digital files to the Artisans StudioTour Dropbox
