Shooting Competition
Application Submittal Form & Participant Requirements.
  • All participants must be Sheriff’s Office Employees.
  • Shooters must attend a short safety briefing, complete a waiver, and follow all safety rules and procedures established by the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office.
  • NSA Conference Credentials are required to attend the Precision Cup Event
  • No cost to enter.
The shooting competition
  • Each stage will be timed.
  • Highest overall score wins, the fastest course time will break any scoring ties.
  • Competitors will complete 2 courses of fire shooting a total of 12 pistol rounds and 12 rifle rounds with mandatory magazine changes.
  • The Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office will provided 9mm Glock handguns and Colt M4 Commandos. All Provided Firearms will have optic sites mounted.
  • All shooting will be done from the empty and clear position on the provided tables in the shooting area.
  • Holsters or slings will not be needed.
  • Body armor, eye, and ear protection will be provided.
  • All competition rules and regulations will be available on site once the conference opens.
  • Shooting will be conducted on an outdoor range, please dress appropriately for hot conditions and be weather aware should rain be in the forecast.
  • The course is estimated to take less than 5 minutes to complete.
  • Ammunition will be provided by a third-party sponsor. (No outside ammunition or firearms allowed)
