We are asking new musicians to register using this form. Having an electronic form minimizes transcription errors and can enhance communication.

Eastside Symphony is supported mainly by donations, many by the musicians within the group.
(tax-deductible donations support our orchestra (music, rehearsal and concert hall rent, etc)) Mark all that apply.

A suggested donation of about $120 per year has worked well for ESO in the past, if you would like guidance for how much to contribute.
