2026 NJ Thespian Festival Volunteer Sign Up 
We are thrilled that you are interested in volunteering at the 2026 NJ Thespian Festival. 

The event will take place at:
Washington Township High School
529 Hurffville-Cross Keys Road
Sewell, NJ

All volunteers will be background checked by the NJ Thespian Festival Security Coordinator.

All volunteers will receive a certificate of volunteer hours.

Volunteer Jobs may include:
  • Registration: helping with check-in, distribution of shirts and hospitality bags
  • Technical Expo Drop Off: facilitate troupe members who are dropping off their tech designs 
  • Luggage Room: checking in luggage for troupes staying overnight
  • Chapter Select Usher: controlling the doors to the main stage event, crowd control
  • Room Timers: helping judges with timing Thespy pieces, as well as for Chapter Select
  • Alumni Table: recruiting current seniors to sign up as alumni
  • Merch Table: helping with festival merchandise sales
  • Runners: helping the board in the media center with communication to guest artists 
  • Hallway monitors: walking the hallways to make sure there are no issues
