We appreciate your interest in becoming a vendor at our 29th Annual Rochester Summer Soul Music Festival!

Please complete the following application form to move forward with a vendor spot at our upcoming event.

We are sorry to announce that we will be unable to accept Food Vendors this year because we will only have One Day, Inside of Innovation Field(Formerly known as Frontier Field where the Rochester Red Wings play).

*The Number of Merchandise/Service Vendors will be limited!

ALL VENDOR SPACE(S) ARE: 10’ X 10’

Positioning is on a First Come, First Serve Basis.

*Certificate of Insurance (additionally naming the City of Rochester and Xperience Live Events) MUST be submitted with all food vendor applications and all monies must be signed and received by Thursday, AUGUST 15, 2024.
