Phase 2: Focus Group Interest 
Search Committee's next step is facilitating focus groups which will further help them develop the pastor search profile while capturing the following from your input.  
  • Characteristics and expertise that the congregation is looking for in a settled pastor
  • Characteristics and attributes of our church that we want a new settled pastor to be aware of
Both of these are important for applicants to grasp a sense of who we are and where we want to be as a church.  And very important to know as we move forward in our search for a new settled pastor.  Please check all topics you are interested in.  Responding does not guarantee you will be part of the focus groups you express interest in, rather, that you are willing to share your time and voice as we create well balanced and representative small groups to share ideas.
