We'd love to hear from you to help ensure we're supporting your needs and interests!
The
Psychology Disability Committee is student run and led. We're committeed to building community and supporting psychology students who identify as disabled, have a long-term health condition (including mental health) and/or are neurodivergent.
We run study support session, workshops, campaigns and socials to help us do this, but we'd love to hear from you to see if there is anything else we could try:
- Is there an initiaitve that would help to support your studies?
- Is there a workshop or information session you'd really like to see?
- Is there a campaign idea you think would help to improve accessibility and/or inclusion?
- Is there a social you think would help you to connect better with others?
Use the form below to let us know. We can't promise we'll be able to act on everything suggested but we will do our best to consider and action everything we can.
If you'd like to get more involved with the committee you can find out how through the following link:

Please Note: This form is specifically for suggestions for our student committee to help guide the work we do. If you have any suggestion for how the psychology programme itself, or University provisions are run and/or you have any complaints around this - please contact the department's Disability Champion, Amanda Hickey (amanda.hickey@york.ac.uk).
