Please complete this application to participate in the CDS Midwinter Meeting Student Scientific Research Poster Program, taking place from February 20-22, 2025. This program is open to dental students, dental hygiene students, and post-graduate dental students.

The application deadline is December 15, 2024.

You will be notified of your acceptance status via email, which will include a link to the official template for designing your poster. Please note that this is a poster display only; you will not be required to present your poster. Attendance at the 2025 Midwinter Meeting (MWM) is not mandatory, but we highly encourage you to attend the numerous continuing education (CE) courses and special events. Registration for the MWM opens on November 1, 2024. There is no registration fee for students, but you must register to participate in the Student Scientific Poster Display. The posters will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall, and attendees can earn 1 hour of CE credit per day for viewing the Poster Display. 

Register for the Chicago Midwinter Meeting. There is no fee, and it is mandatory to register to submit a poster. Please email me (cmora@cds.org) your 8-digit Access Key when you register and I will send the template to you.
