Youth Leadership Visioning Interest Form
The SPIFFY Coalition, Community Action Pioneer Valley, and DIAL/SELF are collaborating to bring together young people from Hampshire Country to join adults from youth-serving organizations in a COMMUNITY VISIONING process over the spring and summer. We are looking to support a youth-led visioning process with the goal of expanding, strengthening, and better coordinating opportunities for building youth power across the county. Once you are done filling out this short survey, Lexi Polokoff (apolokoff@collaborative.org) will contact you with more information! All young people ages 12-22 will who sign up with this form and attend the meeting will receive a $30 gift card!
