Our mission: To create and support a vibrant community of fibre producers and artisans; to share skills and develop the abilities of this community through education and networking; to enjoy the gathering of our fibre friends.

The Vendor Market is an important element of our annual festival. We strive for a relaxed atmosphere, with room for people to sit and visit between shopping, watching demonstrations or taking classes.

Please fill out and submit this form to apply for a vendor spot at the Festival. Once you are accepted, we will send you details on payment options.

If you are a new applicant, and do not have an online presence for your work, you will be asked to submit photos and possibly samples to help us assess your product.

Our market specializes in natural fibres. This includes fleeces and yarns, high quality crafts made with natural fibres,  as well as tools for fibre artists and supplies for fibre farmers. We may include other items that we believe to be of interest to Festival visitors but our primary focus is on natural fibres and the fibre arts.

The Festival receives more applications than we can accommodate each year. Our goal in choosing vendors is to create a diverse market that will inspire our visitors.  The great majority of our vendors live in Manitoba, and we are proud to promote local producers and artisans. We also include a few vendors from further afield who can bring something unique to the market.

The Festival market is open Friday evening and Saturday. Vendors are required to be in attendance for all open hours. Our location is at Red River Exhibition Park on the west side of Winnipeg. It's an easy load in with lots of free parking.

Fibre farmers, please also consider entering fleeces into the wool show and sale. Details will be available on our website.
