Request to Address the Council
Speficic time in Bluebonnet Highlands Homeowners’ Association Council meetings is reserved for homeowners to address the Council about issues which the homeowner feels needs the Council’s attention or action. In order to address the Council, this form must be completed and submitted prior to the meeting. Only those homeowners’ who complete this form and whose names are listed on the meeting agenda will be welcomed to address the Council. Homeowners who do not complete this form but appear at the meeting to address the Council will be placed on the following month’s agenda and asked to return at that time.
