Each GRPS school has a PAL, or Parent Action Leader, who acts as a link between the Family and Community Engagement office and the caregiver network at their child's school. PALs support family engagement by working closely with their school's principal, attending school meetings, communicating closely with their schools' families, and more.
In return, PALs receive a $1,500 stipend each semester and the pride that comes with knowing that they've made a true impact on their students' educational achievement!
