Birthday Video Board Shoutout   $25
  • All payments and shout-out requests must be submitted by the last day of the month prior to the birthday month.
  • Please include the student's name, birthday, and a brief birthday message.
  • Birthday messages will be displayed Monday through Friday during the student's birthday week.
  • Payment may be made by cash or check (checks payable to Lee Middle School PTO).
  • Please send payment to Stacey Duffessy in the front office in an envelope labeled: ATTENTION: PTO.
  • Summer Birthday? No problem! Summer birthday shout-outs will be the week of May 24th.
