Climate Matters in the Newsroom Fellowship 2019
Fellows receive a year's free membership to the Society of Environmental Journalists (SEJ), free registration and a travel stipend to attend SEJ's annual meeting in Ft. Collins, CO (October 9-13, 2019) where they can attend the full schedule of SEJ programming and an all-day, interactive workshop in climate reporting. Fellows also receive weekly, localized climate reporting resources delivered via email, and individualized support to enhance their climate reporting.

Self nominations are welcomed and encouraged. Decisions are made on a rolling basis and dependent upon meeting the membership requirements of the Society of Environmental Journalists. Due to the nature of fellowship funding, current SEJ members are not eligible to apply. Before applying, please review SEJ's membership eligibility requirements at https://www.sej.org/how-to-join-sej to ensure that you are a qualified candidate.

While completing the application, please provide a link to external sites for resumes and/or samples of work rather than pasting extensive text into the form. Thank you, and good luck!
