EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT
Applications are subject to approval. Payment is due within 24 hours after approval by email transfer sent to odaspark@gmail.com. Vendor set-up will be Saturday June 22 9:30am-11:30 am and/or Sunday June 23 from 8:30am-10:30am. All displays must remain until the end of the event (you can pack up overnight). One business per booth will be allowed. One direct-sales rep per company will be allowed (ie we don't allow duplication). You must bring your own tent, table, chairs etc. Spaces will be assigned. Special requests may be filled.
Orillia District Agricultural Society shall not be held liable for damage or loss to any vendor's property. The vendor shall indemnify the show against and hold it harmless from any complaints, suits, or liabilities resulting from negligence of the vendor in connection with the vendor's use of display space. The show assumes no liability for any injury that may occur to visitors of the show, vendor's agents and employees, or others. Vendors agree not to make claims against the show, it's employees, volunteers or agents, except for breach by the show of this contract.
Failure to comply with all terms of this contract will result in the cancellation of this contract and all rights of the exhibitor shall cease.
