Confirmation is designed for 6th-12th graders.  It's not required, but it's an amazing class that gives your teen a better understanding of the Bible and Methodism. I highly encourage you to talk and pray about it as a family to decide if your teen is spiritually and emotionally mature enough for this class.  If they aren't ready to make this commitment or they aren't ready for any other reason, don't push them to do it.  There are other years to attend! It is a commitment from January to May on Sundays 9:30-10:30am.  There are weeks off (when we have school breaks), but your teen is expected to attend all classes.  Confirmation will be on May 18th and they are every part of that church service.
