All new staff are required to attend our Training and Assessment program, regardless of previous experience as we need to ensure consistent service from all staff across all our salons. You will need to pass our assessment test before you are able to work at any of our salons. Our training is provided free by us. Typically the training is twice a week 9 AM - 1 PM. A new recruit with no experience can usually pass the assessment after 2-3 weeks of training.

In addition to training, new recruits with little or no experience are expected to do additional practice at home and to come into our salons for additional supervised practice. You will need to bring a model (or another trainee) with you. Are you prepared to practice on a model on your own time? *
In our industry, the busiest times are typically late nights Thursday & Friday, and weekends. Are you prepared to work late nights and weekends? *
Our busiest season is summer, typically from November - March. Are you prepared to work through the summer months and take leave during the quieter season? *
