Please complete this form to receive your student's Chromebook for technology use for the 2025-2026 year. If you have multiple students in the district, please complete this form for each student. We cannot have multiple students listed in a single agreement.

This form must be completed to use NPFE student emails and Chromebooks this year.

PURPOSE:

Chromebooks are to be used as an educational tool for school-related business, curriculum enhancement, research, continuous access to online tutoring, whether at home, during inclement weather, on snow days, or in the event of building closures, and communications. Students will act in accordance with applicable district policy, when using the district Chromebook computers, electronic devices, and accessories. We will continue to utilize Google Workspace for Education, a web-based platform that can be accessed anywhere. All students in grades K-12 will receive a Google Workspace for Education student account. Through this account, students will be granted access to Google services. Students will also utilize Google Classroom to view lessons and complete assignments, communicate with their teachers, and collaborate on group projects.
