Do you use a computer? Do you know how to prevent Musculoskeletal disorders (MSD)?
Musculoskeletal disorders are caused by continuously using the same muscle groups or when our posture is incorrect or stay in the same posture for long time. MSD are seen in various types of discomfort, pain and other unpleasant sensations in the muscles.

We are team of science in Technical and Medical university in Varna, Bulgaria. We are doing a research to collect data and to evaluation the people's habits for moving or sedentary way of work while using a computer.

In the end of the questionnaire you can rate the safety grade of your working space and risks for MSD, if you calculate points at the end of answers.
