Thank you for considering Lineage to participate in your community event! Please fill out and submit the following request form for any donation or in-kind donation requests. We require a minimum of 3 weeks advance notice for consideration of all donation requests. We try to support as many community organizations and fundraising events that we can, but we get many requests every month and are not able to contribute to each one.
