Read the Official Rules and By-Laws of the Durham Farmers’ Market. These documents are available online or by contacting the Market Manager at info@durhamfarmersmarket.com or 919-667-3099.

Provide copies of all permits, licenses, and certificates required for your business along with your New Member Application.

Review and sign the Code of Conduct. Submit the signature page along with your New Member Application. You can e-mail copies of these documents to manager@durhamfarmersmarket.com or supply a hard copy to the Market Manager

In order to be a vendor with the Durham Farmers' Market, you must have general liability insurance and the Durham Farmers' Market must be listed as a certificate holder.  You must supply DFM with your current certificate of insurance with your application.
