International Peatland Society (IPS) Membership Application
Please fill in the form below and submit it to the IPS Secretariat. You will receive Peatland Snippets by email 10-12 times/year, the Peatlands International e-magazine 4 times/year, invitations to our member webinars, and you are entitled to significant discounts at IPS conferences and other events. Membership invoices are sent by email or post. The fee can easily be paid by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer (no cheques).

In countries with a National Committee (see peatlands.org/about-us), our local association will receive your membership application and invoice you in their local currency (amounts and conditions might be different). You can also contact them directly without filling in this form. Note that not all NCs offer all membership categories. Welcome to the "peat family"!

Statutes and Internal Regulations of the IPS will be applied. New members in countries without a National Committee are to be approved by the IPS Executive Board. All new members will be announced in Peatlands International. Individual, student, junior, institute, and corporate members do not have voting rights at the Annual Assembly; these are reserved to the IPS National Committees.
