A few things to know before you fill out the form below:
- Participants are limited to TWENTY locally-owned businesses with a brick & mortar location in Tucson. We'll remove this form when it's full.
- There is a $25 entry fee that must be sent to Teryn via PAYPAL (firstname.lastname@example.org). This fee covers the cost of paying our local designers and printing the giveaway tote bags.
- The map is a digital image (with a link and FB event), and by participating you are agreeing to promote the map and honor the offered special through December 31, 2018.
- We are having tote bags printed with an ADORABLE javelina piggie bank logo to be given away to the first two people to show the map (and make a purchase) at each participating business.
- We are encouraging shoppers to use the hashtag #SmallChangeTucson to be entered into a raffle for a prize pack. Each business is contributing something to this giveaway pack.
