I represent a non-profit, community-based organization and would like to reserve a 10 x 10 space. A table and two chairs are provided for each 10 x 10 space.
I represent a for-profit organization/business and would like to reserve a 10 x 10 space for $100.00. A table and two chairs are provided for each 10 x 10 space. (Checks may be made payable to “Flagler Schools” and mailed to the address below, ATTN: Sabrina Crosby.)
For-profit exhibitor (organization/business) shall not sublet it's space or any part thereof, or allow the exhibition of sale of anything not specified in this contract. Exhibitor may not exhibit, offer for sale, give as a premium, or advertise articles not manufactured or sold in its own name, except where such articles are required for the proper demonstration or operation of Exhibitor's display, in which case identification of such articles shall be limited to the regular nameplate, imprint, or other identification which in standard practice appears normally on them. Exhibitor may not permit in it's booth representatives of non-exhibiting companies. Flagler County Public Schools management personnel shall in all instances be final with regard to use of any exhibit space.

SET-UP: All vendors/organizations will be inside the school gymnasium. One (1) table and two (2) chairs will be provided for each 10 x 10 space. Please check-in at the E. W. “Andy” Anderson Athletic Center Gymnasium (signs will be posted) located at the back of Flagler Palm Coast High School and you will be directed to your assigned table. The event hours are from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and you are asked to remain open until the close of the event. Set-up hours will be July 28th from 3-5 p.m. and July 29th from 8-9:30 a.m. Volunteers, security, and traffic control will be on sight.

Flagler County Public Schools reserves the right to decide what may or may not be appropriate or suitable to view or sell. Please remember this is a family event. We reserve the right to deny any application.

Hold Harmless: In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Back2School Jam, I/we hereby release Flagler County Public Schools, its directors, officials, superintendents, event sponsors, employees and, volunteers, from loss or damage to property and for personal injury and/or death resulting from my/our attendance and/or participation in the Back2School Jam on July 29, 2017.
