If you have multiple children please submit once for each child and class. Submit the form again if you have a second child or if you have one child taking multiple classes.
By filling out this form you are committing to attendance and payment in the same way as if you filled out a paper form. All classes are held in person. Class notes will be stored in a shared Google Drive folder.
The parent is responsible to pay for all
sessions for the class, regardless of attendance. Sessions are $12 each.

15, 17, 22, 24, 29, 31, Nov 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, Dec 3, 5, 10, 12, Jan 7, 9,
14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30, Feb 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27, Mar 4, 6, 11, 13, 25,
27, Apr 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, May 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, for a total of
64 classes.
Payments: APT
To Learn accepts cash, check, and debit/credit cards. Payment may be made weekly, monthly, or for
the entire semester. Monthly payments are $85.
Semester payments are $350 (slight discount).
Homework/assignments/tests: Homework will be assigned and expected to be
completed by the next class session.
Tests will be assigned at the end of each chapter to be completed at
home and turned in 1 week from when they are assigned. I will grade tests and keep a record of test
scores and attendance.
Books: For Prealgebra (BJU 2nd ed) and Algebra 1 (BJU 3rd ed), I will be assigning homework from the activity book. For algebra 2 (BJU 3rd ed), I will be assigning homework from the textbooks. For Spanish (BJU 2nd ed), they will need to have both the textbook and activity manual.
