Breakdown of $5 fee: $1.25 LTMS, $0.25 16th district, $1.25 Kentucky PTA, $2.25 National PTA

Corporate Membership includes one membership card and advertising in all LTMS PTSA publications and on the front office bulletin board for the year. Please send us a flyer or business card with your 501(c)(3) non-profit donation.

Don't forget to sign up for the Kroger Community Rewards Program (https://www.kroger.com/account/enrollCommunityRewardsNow/) and choose: Lexington Traditional Middle PTSA.
