St Andrews Market takes place on the first Saturday of each month (excluding January) and Cupar Market takes place on the third Saturday of each month.

2. Market risk assessment - MUST include safe assembly, weighting and dismantling of your gazebo and displays. Additionally, food and drink traders MUST consider and include eg food hygiene, temperature control, allergies, giving samples, cross contamination etc

3. Your Food Hygiene Information Scheme pass certificate (or evidence from your EHO that you are registered and awaiting inspection)

4. Any food hygiene and safety course attendance certificates.
