Accommodation Guidelines-
* Accommodation will be provided in spacious and comfortable Non-AC rooms with a maximum of 5 persons in each room.  February, being a winter month, AC would not be required.
* Twin occupancy will be available only for participants registering together in a pair.
* Families will be accommodated together else, men & women will be accommodated separately.
* Please let us know if a driver will be accompanying you.  An additional amount will be applicable.

* Early bird amount will be applicable only if payment is made before 25th December 2024.  All incomplete registrations will not be eligible for the Early bird discount if paid after 25th December 2024.  Regular Registration amount will be applicable if registration form is filled and payment made before 20th January 2025.  Premium / Late Registration amount will be applicable after 20th January 2025.

** Twin occupancy in room or cottage will be considered only if there is another person with you or if there is someone among the participants who will share the room with you. Kindly note that twin & single occupancy rooms might not be very close to the auditorium. However internal transport will be available.

Additional charge of Rs. 2750/- will be applicable for driver.  Please share his name and details separately by email (nbf@cvv.ac.in)

Registration confirmation-
You will receive an email confirming completion of registration and receipt of credit after you share the transfer / deposit details on email.  Please get in touch with us if you don't receive an email within 20 working days of making the payment.

Closer to the event date, you will receive an email with guidelines and a unique registration number.  For all further communications regarding NBF, you may please give that number as reference.

Cancellation Policy
1) In case you are unable to attend the festival, you may transfer the registration to another person after sending an email intimation before 20th January 2025.

2) Cancellation on or before 1st February 2025: GST amount  + 15% of balance amount will be deducted, and the rest will be refunded within 30 days after the festival concludes.

3) Cancellation after 1st February 2025 - GST amount  + 15% of balance amount will be deducted, and the rest will be refunded within 30 days after the festival concludes.

4) Cancellation after 5th February 2025 - No Refund Applicable
Please Note:
- The festival is being conducted in an ashram. The sanctity of the venue needs to be strictly maintained. Smoking, spitting and consumption of paan, alcohol & non-vegetarian food are, therefore, a strict no-no!

- Participants will receive an email with a unique registration number upon completion of registration.

- NRI/ OCI/ PI card holders and Foreign nationals/residents should send the scanned copy of their passport, visa and immigration stamp page via email immediately after registration.

- Please inform us in advance if you wish to stay for extra days before or after the festival. Additional charges would be applicable.  We might not be in a position to accept last minute requests.

Arrival & Departure Details
Arrival: The festival begins at 3.30 pm on 7th February so participants can target to arrive by 11.00 am.  You can have lunch and relax before the inauguration.

Departure: The festival will conclude on 9th February before lunch and you may plan to leave, 2.00 pm onwards

Please inform us in advance if you wish to stay for extra meals / days before or after the festival so that the required arrangements can be made. Additional charges would be applicable.

Concessional Non-AC bus Transport
Concessional bus transport from select points in Mumbai and Pune will be available on the 7th & 9th February 2025.
