2023 Cleveland Pickle Fest Vendor Application
We invite you to participate as a vendor at this year's Cleveland Pickle Fest!

The 2023 Cleveland Pickle Fest is set for Saturday, September 23, 2023. 

Festival hours will be Noon–6:00 p.m.

The Cleveland Pickle Fest is all about celebrating our favorite fermented things; pickles, kimchi, kraut, and veggies. It is also a celebration of small businesses! This fun filled festival is a day of music, games, contests, vendors, and so much more. Pickle Fest is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine!

2019 Cleveland Pickle Festival saw over 16,000 visitors.
2021 Cleveland Pickle Festival saw 3,000 attendees, due to venue size/location.
2022 Cleveland Pickle Festival saw 6,500 attendees

The deadline for booth payments is September 9, 2023. Booth space is limited and applications are reviewed as they are received. We intend to let you know within a few days of receiving your completed application whether or not you will be accepted to participate in the 2023 Cleveland Pickle Fest. Booth fees may then be paid via clevelandpicklefest.com/vendors or mail with a business check or money order. Personal checks WILL NOT be accepted. Please do not mail cash. A fine will be applied for all returned checks. If we do not receive your payment before September 9, your booth space will be forfeited.

You will be assigned the “best available” spot upon the Pickle Fest Committee's acceptance of your agreement and payment. Please remember that we limit both the number and types of vendors so that there will be the possibility for a greater profit for everyone, so the prompt return of your application is to your benefit.

Upon completion of application, expect to receive Pickle Fest Vendor Rules via email. 

Also, be prepared to submit permit applications to US FIRST and we will manage permits directly with the Department of Health. All permits applications are due to us September 9, 2023.
